While the Daily Health Check is an once-over each
morning, 24/7 Instant Alert Support Service performs
other checks around-the-clock to spot other problems
that might develop and affect your uptime.
This service changes the whole ‘service dynamic’. Rather
than wait for you to experience the pain of the problem,
we’ll almost always know about it before you – so we can
fix it fast and avoid unnecessary downtime. This service
includes round-the-clock checks on:
- Windows Services: Makes sure your operating system is
performing properly
- Disk Space: Helps prevent disks filling up and
crashing
- Network Device & Remote Office: Checks that
devices are up and running
